I've decided BlueSky is the way to go. Site Blabbity Blab links have been adjusted accordingly. |
This is my WWW repository. It used to be my blogging platform but you can read this to understand why I changed things up and what it means for any content that you might find here today.
For real-time emoting and to announce links back here I am still extremely active on most any and all major social media platforms, playing to established room audiences and platform-specific features first, while at the same time, trying to maintain synchronocity between everything. My Blabbity-Blab list at right (on PC devices) or at bottom (on most mobile ones) contains linkage to the platforms that I most tend.
I tuck two kinds of content here. First, concentrated personal content and information about me that I feel for whatever reason is of real or imagined importance. And, "regurgitated" content that I originally post elsewhere, if I think something merits it.
This place can still be regarded as a blog though. You can bookmark this domain in that context - here's the link. Just know that aside from brief periods when I experience the publishing bug, my "blog" may lack the rhythmic continuity of one.
Better you should just follow me on your preferred platform, assuming it's one of the ones I'm on. Remember, I do my best to keep thing synchronous.
If all of this explanation strikes you as insufferably self-important of me, why, I agree that it is. Just deal. I'm trying to live a digital publishing model of the free and open web so that others might reflect over and do the same for themselves. You as a normie may not get it at first.
Follow MeWhile you can keep up with me using the Meta channels I've mentioned above you can also just stick with this "repository bloggish" site. If so:
The theme of this repository Explaining Myself is just that. I have forever been a non-affiliating and happily self-isolating personality that people find relating to oddly difficult, even to the point of avoiding. Here and online in general, speaking to the world at large versus interpersonally, is my way of closing that gap.
