Well if I'm going to opine on matters of high local society, I'm going to have to be more attentive or something.
Joseph Gramaglia resigned for God's sake, he wasn't fired.
Of course in recounting local reports, particularly that of this morning's Buffalo News, it reads more like a "quit-fire" scenario, and definitely a questionable outcome nonetheless given his successful track record. But that not withstanding the technicality matters when you're publishing like I purport to do at this blog.
So, I'll be looking to hear from attorneys soon most likely, but that grind notwithstanding, I give my deepest and sincerest apology to Mr. Gramaglia and to anyone who might have read my initial take on events.
The following are fresh listings in the publicly distributed Erie County Jail Roster as of yesterday.
Booking Date 1/14/2025
In providing this convenient aggregate listing please keep in mind the following: Incarceration in county jail does not imply guilt - statistically, most inmates are in fact legally innocent and are only incarcerated pending further legal proceedings. As well, many circumstances including mental health and addiction issues can lead to behavioral turbulence and conflicts with society that result in jail. In noting incarceration status please adopt a compassion-first regard.
For a variety of reasons the given list may not be all inclusive of those individuals actually processed.
